This website is informational and corporate: presents Briox Baker, an artisan brioche bread factory, and its product range. Orders for hospitality and distribution (B2B) are handled through the Briox App, available on the App Store and Google Play. Accessing and using this website confers the status of user and implies acceptance of the conditions set out in this Legal notice.

The user undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the website and its contents, in accordance with the applicable legislation, this Legal notice, morality and public order. Any use that may damage, disable, overload or impair the website or prevent its normal use by other users is prohibited.

All the contents of this website (texts, photographs, graphics, images, design, source code, trademarks and logos of Briox Baker) are owned by Briox Baker Corporate, S.L. or by third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the express authorisation of the owner is prohibited.

As an exception to the above, the material published on the Brand material page (photographs, videos, logos and texts) may be used to report on Briox Baker and its products, under the terms, with the limits and with the citation obligation set out in the terms of use of that same page. That permission is free of charge, non-exclusive and revocable, does not extend to third-party trademarks appearing in that material, and outside it all rights remain reserved.

Third-party trademarks, trade names and logos appearing on the site (for example, those of hospitality establishments or events) are the property of their respective owners and are shown solely for identification or information purposes.
